Information used for orders

When you place a guest order, the store processes the details needed to deliver it and provide customer service. The checkout currently asks for no email address and does not require an account.

• First and last name, phone number, delivery address and city.
• Products, selected options, quantities, prices, order status and order reference.

How information is used

Order information is used to create and manage your order, arrange delivery, respond to order questions and maintain business records. Technical information such as IP address and browser user agent is received by the server when you use the site and may be used to operate and protect the service.

Meta advertising measurement

When configured, the store may use Meta Pixel and/or Conversions API to measure advertising activity. This measurement is not required to browse, place an order, or receive customer service.

• Events can include page visits, product views, add-to-cart, checkout and order creation.
• Event details can include page URL, product/catalog IDs, quantities, order value and currency, browser user agent, IP address, and Meta browser identifiers when present.
• For an order event, first name, last name, phone number and city are normalized and SHA-256 hashed before being sent through the server API. Hashed information can still be personal data; hashing does not make it anonymous.
• The store does not collect an email address in checkout and does not invent one for Meta.

Meta receives these events to provide advertising measurement and related services.

Cookies and browser storage

The cart is saved in this browser’s local storage. A preference cookie remembers the selected storefront language. When Meta tracking is enabled, Meta Pixel may use the _fbp and _fbc browser identifiers when available. This site does not store an application-level marketing consent choice.

Sharing and retention

Order data is stored in the store’s application database and may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to operate the site. Marketing event data is shared with Meta when tracking is enabled, as described above. Order records are retained as needed for delivery, customer service and business or legal recordkeeping. This site does not currently publish a fixed deletion period.

Privacy requests

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Contact CRB through the customer-service channel used for your order to make a request.

Store operator and updates

This shop is presented as CRB Shoes. The public site does not currently list a separate legal entity name or dedicated privacy contact. The store should add those details and a specific retention period here. This policy may be updated when the site’s data practices change.
